Set in the centre of the historic town of Bakewell in the Peak District National Park, the gallery is in the "Old Tavern" next door to the Rutland Arms Hotel (The main hotel on the square on the A6 as you enter Bakewell from either Derby or Buxton directions).
Bakewell itself is situated on the River Wye and is in close proximity to the magnificent country houses of both Chatsworth and Haddon Hall.
